- Boiled peanuts- 1 cup
- Cucumber- 1 medium, finely chopped
- Onion- 1 small, finely chopped
- Tomato- 1 medium, finely chopped
- Green chilies- 1 big, finely chopped
- Coriander leaves- a small handful, roughly chopped
- Salt- 3/4 tsp
- Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice- 1 tsp
Method:
- I used shell peanuts, but you can use the normal ones as well. Just soak them in water for half an our before boiling.
- Just cool the peanuts add the chopped cucumber, onion, tomato, slat, pepper powder and mix well.
- Squeeze half a lemon and mix again. Now finish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Let it sit for 5-10 minutes and enjoy as snack.
